Help General Help Post a comment to a movie if you have a question, I try to read everything. Otherwise, email me: minsc at uomovies dot com. Viewing Movies These movies do not play with Windows Media Player or anything like that. You must already be playing an Ultima Online server, and thus have a working UO client. I'm not sure where to get one anymore. I'd like to view some of these movies myself, can anyone help? :) Email me at minsc at uomovies dot com. Once you've got your UO client working, you need Razor. Download it here. Razor is a third-party utility similar to the old UOAssist program that adds various features to the UO client. You need the latest version of Razor since this video feature was only released in August 2004. On the Razor window, click the Video Capture tab. Click Open, and click an RPV file that you've downloaded from this site. Click Play, and you're off. They might crash a lot. It used to be a pretty buggy feature, not sure anymore. The only thing I've seen that can help is to drag the video progress bar over the part that it usually crashes on, causing it to skip over the bad frames. Running it at an accelerated rate such as 4x can also bypass whatever bad packet is bombing the client. This is just from my own experience. Some of the videos just insist on crashing at a certain point and there's nothing you can do about it. Other than that advice, I cannot help you with this so don't even ask. I'm sure the feature will get better with time. This site was created by, and is hosted/operated by [TDP] Minsc of HaveAByte.com.
